It was in a very central setting to beer garden. Had cheap room complete with a balcony. The place had a family atmosphere.

The workers were superfriendly. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner in the double room. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

It has excellent, stunning setting, so close to the nigh market, cafes, and Old Quarter. The staff are superfriendly and knowledgeable and I loved their attitude.

I have just returned from a REALLY GREAT stay in this ideal central hotel, a nice size rooms. The employees are all very helpful and lovely. When I am in Hanoi, I like staying here.

The hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location adjacent to cafes, shops and all the tourist spots of old quarter. Cheap and big units with a balcony, and the staff were super friendly.

The location was perfect and central. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Bryan, Ann, and Chun were amazing. Free breakfast was a great bonus. Good value for money.
